As we
are a small custom
order company, we do not take online orders. We prefer you
send us an e-mail with the best time to contact you, along with
your phone number. Please include your time
zone.
We will contact you by phone, and answer any
questions you may have. If you wish at that time you may
place an order with us. Should you decide that you are not
ready to order that is OK also. We want you to make your
purchase when you are comfortable doing
so.
- How long will it take after I
order?
Usually urns are completed and shipped in about a
week. It may take longer if you have a custom designed urn
or engraving.
- What types of payment do you
accept?
We accept both checks and money
orders.
- What if I am not satisfied with my
purchase?
If you are not completely satisfied with your
purchase, just contact us by email or phone within 30 days of
receipt, and let us know what we need to do. If you wish
to return your purchase, we will make arrangements for you to do
so. When we receive your return, we will refund your
purchase price including regular ground shipping charges.
You will be responsible for return shipping and
insurance.
